Due to upper-level disturbances and strengthening southerly winds, the weather will become unstable, bringing thunderstorms in places.
April 12:
An upper-level trough, shear line, and cold air mass will combine to trigger a significant rainfall event. This will be accompanied by short-duration thunderstorms, strong gusts, and heavy downpours.
